Here at ViBERi we are getting summer ready, and what better way to do this than with an Apple and Blackcurrant Granola? This tasty one has been created for us by @eatsbymol - perfect for summer breakfasts!
INGREDIENTS
2 c Oats
3/4 c slivered almonds
3/4 c apple syrup
1/4 c coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 c amaranth puffs
1 c shredded coconut
1 c ground almonds
1/4 c chia seeds
1 tsp salt
1 c ViBERi freeze dried blackcurrants
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients apart from the freeze dried blackcurrants. In a seperate bowl, combine the wet ingredients and then add to the dry.
Line a tray with baking paper and press into pan. Bake in oven for roughly 20 minutes, giving it a mix every 5 minutes or so. It should come out nice and golden! Enjoy!
