Concern over colour variation

There are a lot of health claims and I have now purchased 2 x 450g Viberi Powder bags. There has been quite a discrepancy in colour between the bags - the first vibrant and quite a fine powder, the second bag more of a brown/grape colour and a more powdery texture. This variation gives me a bit of cause for concern. This product is not cheap over $80 with shipping - how would I ever know if the claims of Vitamin C content are consistent when the product appears to vary so much?

Convenient sachets

I like the convenience of storing blackcurrant powder in sachets. Also the powder is easier to store in my small pantry than whole blackcurrants..

Amazingly delicious

I started using these for a vitamin C boost when I had a cold and I'm now so addicted to the beautiful flavour I have started using them at every opportunity. My favourite was using it as icing for a bitter chocolate cake - mixed with avocado and coconut cream it made thick frosting and perfectly balanced out the flavours.
