Ingredients (for 4-6 servings)
- 150g rolled or quick oats

- 60ml apple juice
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 apple, cored and grated with the peel
- 1-2 spoonfuls of honey
- 375g plain yogurt

Soak Overnight
In a large bowl or container, combine oats, milk (or non-dairy alternative), apple juice, and lemon juice. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. -
Mix in the Morning
